The Cocktail Hour, that oasis of peace at the end of a busy day, has been sadly abused for too long. It's not about dressing up like Dean Martin (or acting like him, for Heaven's sake). No neo-hipster hijinx. No hyper-ironic lounge music, and no ending up with a headache.
The sun dips over the yardarm daily, and somewhere in the world, it is always five o'clock and time for Cocktails with Chris. A gentle suggestion for a soothing libation, a few genre-hopping tunes to settle your nerves...all coming to you from high atop the Potter Building in a swanky neighborhood near you. Would Nora Charles have listened to Robyn Hitchcock? Here at RandoRadio, we say absolutely, dear! And do have another caviar deviled egg!

Schweppes is the workaday tonic, but Susan and recently tried Q Tonic and liked it a lot. Fever Tree is also good.
